Hi everyone! I’ve emerged from all of the tissues, haha. Thank you for your well wishes for my son, he’s at the tail end of it, but now my daughter is coming down with it. Oh well, such is life. At least they’re sick now which meals they’ll (hopefully) be healthy just in time for Winter Break – which I can’t wait for!
We have a pretty low key weekend planned. Tomorrow we’re taking my daughter to see Cinderella on Broadway and Sunday I have a date with my sister-in-law to take some blog pictures (way over due) and then I want to take her to a wine bar I found for a glass of wine as a thank you for taking the pictures for me. I don’t think being paid in wine is too bad of a deal ;).
I’m linking up to share my favorites from this week:
one | Karaoke – we got this speaker last week and the kids (and maybe us too) have been OBSESSED! They have sang every night and it’s so fun to watch them. It’s also amazing how they have so many songs memorized. If you have small kids, you should totally try doing karaoke with them – it’s a family fun night at it’s finest. Our brothers and sisters came over a few nights ago, and the kids wanted them to sing – it basically led into an evening of karaoke and was SO much fun!
two | I recently ordered home home and cleaning products from Grove Collaborative. They’re a subscription company that sells all natural products, they send you a box of cleaners, personal products, vitamins, candles – whatever you choose, as often as you’d like. Their prices are great too, and shipping is only $2.99! As much as I love my Norwex cloths, I like the idea of spraying things down and wiping them. I still use my Norwex but have also started accumulating natural cleaners. Everything was a great size, and smelled amazing and an added plus i got everything TWO days after I ordered it! If you’re interested in trying it click here.
three | Baked Ziti – ICYMI, I shared Ree Drummond’s Baked Ziti recipe on Wednesday – if you’ve never made it, it’s MUST to try.
four | A few things that are giving me all of the ‘heart eyes’ this week:
five | I’m in love with this entry way, it almost makes me want to paint the interior of my front door. Has anyone done it? I think it adds such a richness and a little unexpected fun!
